Sara Mullen
Office Administrator for Pillar to Post Home Inspectors – The Ben-Or Team. She previously held positions as Assistant Manager at a military Thrift Store, Senior advisor to the Fort Richardson Military Spouses Group, and Contractor for the Alaska Army National Guard Family Assistance Center in Alaska. She was also recognized by the 1st Lady of Alaska as the Alaska State Volunteer of the Year in 2018. Sara also is a Licensed Esthetician and Cosmetologist.
Sara is from Grapevine, Texas, and is married to Lt Col Joe Mullen (Retire after 26yrs in the Air Force). They have three children, Jack (a newly commission 2Lt in the Air Force), Alex (a Senior at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas and soon to be commissioned 2Lt in the Air Force), and Jilliana (a Junior at Holly Springs High School). Sara has lived throughout the world and currently lives in Holly Springs.

Rob Williams
A North Carolina Licensed Home Inspector and an active member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). He was born and raised in North Carolina. As a professional home inspector, Rob enjoys helping home buyers make educated decisions about their future home. His ultimate goal is to provide peace of mind as well as necessary information the home buyer can use to make one of the most important decisions of their life: buying the perfect home!
Rob currently lives in Lillington with his wife Karen, 5-year-old son, 21-year-old daughter (and UNC Student – Go Heels!), and their Golden Doodle, Ellie.

Greg Powers
Greg was born and raised in North Carolina. Previously, he was an inspector and shareholder for a local pest company. After 22 years with his pest company, Greg wanted a change. After getting his NC home inspector’s license, Greg joined The Ben-Or Team in 2024 to help homeowners ensure they have a safe home. His goal is to go above and beyond expectations to make the home buying process easier for our clients and bring additional value to our Realtor partners. Aside from being an NC Licensed Home Inspector, Greg is also an active member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI).
Greg currently lives in Dunn with his son and wife Tonya. He also loves spending time with his 4 grandchildren where they all love to cheer for the Duke Blue Devils!!
