Pillar To Post Franchise Owner and NC Licensed Home Inspector. Gabe is certified by the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). Aside from being a licensed home inspector, Gabe is an NC Licensed Builder and General Contractor and has been building and renovating homes for over 15 years.

Sara Mullen
Office Administrator for Pillar to Post Home Inspectors – The Ben-Or Team. She previously held positions as Assistant Manager at a military Thrift Store, Senior advisor to the Fort Richardson Military Spouses Group, and Contractor for the Alaska Army National Guard Family Assistance Center in Alaska. She was also recognized by the 1st Lady of Alaska as the Alaska State Volunteer of the Year in 2018. Sara also is a Licensed Esthetician and Cosmetologist.
Sara is from Grapevine, Texas, and is married to Lt Col Joe Mullen (Retire after 26yrs in the Air Force). They have three children, Jack (a newly commission 2Lt in the Air Force), Alex (a Senior at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas and soon to be commissioned 2Lt in the Air Force), and Jilliana (a Junior at Holly Springs High School). Sara has lived throughout the world and currently lives in Holly Springs.

Rob Williams
A North Carolina Licensed Home Inspector and an active member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). He was born and raised in North Carolina. As a professional home inspector, Rob enjoys helping home buyers make educated decisions about their future home. His ultimate goal is to provide peace of mind as well as necessary information the home buyer can use to make one of the most important decisions of their life: buying the perfect home!
Rob currently lives in Lillington with his wife Karen, 5-year-old son, 21-year-old daughter (and UNC Student – Go Heels!), and their Golden Doodle, Ellie.

Lucan Ruckle
Lucan is a business owner and NC Home Inspector with several years of experience in the home inspection field. Born and raised in North Carolina, he has been working continuously since graduating high school and brings a strong work ethic and hands-on knowledge to every inspection. His primary focus is helping homebuyers and homeowners clearly understand the condition of their property so they can move forward with confidence.
In addition to home inspection, Lucan is the owner of a pest control company, which gives him added insight into common pest-related issues that can impact a home. This background allows him to provide thorough, well-rounded inspections with attention to both structural and environmental concerns.
Lucan currently resides in Sanford, North Carolina, and proudly serves the surrounding communities. As a local professional, he is committed to providing honest evaluations, clear communication, and reliable service. He takes pride in providing inspections that are easy to understand and focused on protecting his clients’ best interests.

Chris Ruckle
Chris Rucker is a licensed home inspector with Pillar To Post Home Inspectors – The Ben-Or Team, serving Wake County and the surrounding areas. He passed the North Carolina state licensing exam in April 2024 and brings over 22 years of experience from the pest control industry, where he worked as a certified applicator and branch manager. During that time, Chris worked alongside more than 45 home inspectors, providing Wood Destroying Insect (WDI) reports and gaining extensive insight into residential construction and inspection practices. He is highly detail-oriented and values honesty, integrity, and strong client relationships, approaching every inspection as if it were for his own home. Having lived in Wake County for nearly 28 years, Chris is committed to delivering thorough, reliable inspections that help clients make confident, informed decisions.
